For what purpose do we process your personal data?

  1. To maintain operational and commercial contacts with THE USER regarding the services, products and new features, sales, offers or promotions offered, to provide and manage your account as well as to comply with the “Terms of Service” and make other legal communications.
  2. THE COMPANY treats THE USER’s personal data confidentially in accordance with applicable law. However, THE COMPANY shares THE USER’s identification data with the bank to make the corresponding credit card payments, as well as with the physiotherapist responsible for providing the service at the USER’s home.
  3. Manage our services, including reminders, technical notices, updates, security alerts, support messages, among others.
  4. Provide instant messaging service between users to facilitate transactions and communication between them; by using the contact form or the chat in the user area, you will be using our messaging service. Messages and advertisements are reviewed by an automatic process. We do this to prevent fraud or abusive or inappropriate use of our services. If we detect suspicious or illegal activity or behavior, our security team may review the messages sent and received. Likewise, we may access the messages sent and received to improve and develop our services.
  5. Send you notifications to inform you about our products and services and to send you advertising. You can object at any time to receiving this type of communication through the links you will find in each email.
  6. Prevent abuse and fraud in the use of our services (for example, fraudulent activities, denial of service attacks, sending spam, among others).

How long will we keep your data?

If you are a professional, your data will be kept for the duration of the contractual and commercial relationship with us, if you request its deletion, as well as the time necessary to comply with legal obligations.

If you are a customer, your data will be kept for the time necessary to enable the provision of the service and as long as you do not request its deletion. In any case, we will keep your data for the time necessary to comply with legal obligations.

Regardless, we will retain your browsing data for a maximum period of 120 months.
